Get ready for an unforgettable evening as we combine the thrills of Halloween with the magic of Bonfire Night. Hell-oween Fire Fest is back on Friday, 31st October, for a massive community celebration packed with live music, spectacular fireworks, and attractions for all ages.
What’s On
- Live Music: Rock out to our incredible headliners, Blax Abbath, the UK’s premier tribute to Black Sabbath, plus a high-energy tribute to Guns n’ Roses. The brilliant DJ Scott Lyons will be compering and keeping the tunes coming all night.
- Two Firework Displays: We’re lighting up the sky twice!
- 6:45 pm: A 10-minute sensory-friendly, lower-noise display.
- 8:30 pm: The stunning 15-minute main firework finale.
- Family Fun: There’s plenty for the little monsters to do!
- Free Pumpkin Carving Workshops
- Free Horror Fancy Dress Competition
- Spooky Ghost Train & Funfair Rides
- Face Painting
- Haunted Horror Characters: Our spooky, costumed characters will be roaming the park for some frightful fun! (Note: May be too scary for very young children).
- Food & Drink: A wide selection of hot food stalls and fully licensed bars will be available.

Since this is a Halloween event, we would welcome visitors to dress up in any type of Halloween costumes. There will also be a children’s fancy dress costume competition prize for best costume.

- Tickets are final and non-refundable except as outlined in these conditions.
- We reserve the right to alter the event programme in respect of the lineup, the times and dates of performances, facilities or locations of the event and the start and finish time and date of the event without liability to the ticket holder.
- No one artist shall be deemed a headliner and no cancellation of a single or multiple artists shall constitute a material change to the Event.
- Refunds will be available in the event of a full cancellation of the event or if the event is postponed to a wholly different date.
- Any refunds processed will be done so for the face value of the ticket, net of any transaction or booking fees.

Guests are welcome to take photos and shoot videos, and especially to share images and videos with Melton Mowbray Town Estate on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Drones, flying toys, and radio-controlled craft are not permitted at Melton SKA Fest. Audio recording of the acts is not permitted.

Being that the park is very dark at that time of year, will there be sufficient lighting provided by the organisers?
The organisers will provide lighting at all of the entrances and exits to the event and near to the toilets. Please note that it is not possible to light all areas of the park, so customers should take care when walking in some areas. We would also encourage customers to bring their own torches to aid them.

What documentation do you require for a carer ticket?
Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket. However, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price.
Please show the relevant paperwork as well as suitable photo ID of the named recipient at the ticket kiosk when you buy or collect your ticket/s. For proof of disability, please send by
email any ONE of the following forms of documentation:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or DLA/Personal Independent Payments (PIP) for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has
been awarded, or the actual Allowance book Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded Incapacity Benefit or Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card Credibility’s Access Card - A carer must be over 14 years of age and capable of assisting the guest who has the disability.
