The Great Easter Egg Hunt 2026!

Join us on Saturday, 4th April 2026, for a fun-filled family adventure!

We are thrilled to welcome you to The Great Easter Egg Hunt at New Park. From 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, we’ve planned an unforgettable day for our local community, packed with surprises, treats, and plenty of Easter magic.

What’s happening on the day? We’re kicking things off at 11:00 am with our Circus Play Session, where we’ll show your little ones how to spin plates and master the hula hoop! Our very own Easter Bunny and their helper will then gather everyone together to begin the hunt. You’ll work as a family to follow clues to hidden decorative eggs—and if you find them all, we’ve got a delicious chocolate egg waiting for you at the end!

Entertainment for everyone:

• Dance & Play: Join MC DJ Chuka for a Kid’s Disco and DJ Workshops.
• Meet Your Heroes: Don’t forget your camera! We’ll have the Easter Bunny and Princess Elsa hopping around for photos.
• Get Creative: Visit our Easter Crafting station or get your face painted.
• The Golden Egg: Keep your eyes peeled for the elusive Golden Egg to win our grand prize!

Holland’s Fun Fair will also be in Play Close Park over the Easter weekend from the 2nd to the 6th of April.  We have been offered free tokens to give out as prizes for our Easter Egg hunt, which the winners can use to go on the rides at the fun fair for free. We’ll also have local caterers on-site serving up tasty snacks for whenever you need a break.

Tickets & Info: Tickets are £5.94 per child (limited to 500 children aged 10 and under). We want the whole family involved, so parents and guardians go completely free!
