Get Ready for a Spooktacular Night at the Hell-oween Fire Fest!
Melton Mowbray Town Estate is thrilled to announce Hell-oween Fire Fest at Play Close Park on Friday, 31st October 2025. Prepare for an unforgettable evening that combines the thrills of Halloween with the magic of Bonfire Night, offering a fantastic night out for the whole community.
Rock Out with Live Music
Headlining our stage for the evening will be Blax Abbath, the premier tribute to the iconic rock band Black Sabbath.
Blax Abbath re-create the power and intensity of tracks like ‘War Pigs’, ‘Iron Man’ and ‘Paranoid’, with true respect to the original recordings – with all songs played in the original tunings. We delve deeper into Black Sabbath, playing the entire Paranoid album, with tracks like ‘Fairies Wear Boots’ and ‘Hand of Doom’, along side ‘Wicked World’, ‘Behind the Wall of Sleep’ and ‘NIB’ from the first Black Sabbath album.
They’ll be joined by The GUNS N’ ROSES Experience a fantastic tribute to Guns N’ Roses. The GUNS N’ ROSES Experience are a true professional International touring act and bring 80’s Guns to life with a full on High octane show as witnessed by 100’s of thousands back in the day of the classic Line up. Gn’Re have the only singer able to deliver the exact same unique vocal style and stage show synonymous with classic Axl Rose and the only Axl impersonator in the world playing piano just like the iconic vocalist.
Two bands that will ensure a high-energy soundtrack for the night.
The entire event will be compered by the brilliant DJ Scott Lyons, who will keep the party atmosphere in full swing from start to finish.
Spectacular Firework Displays for Everyone
This year, we are proud to feature two professional firework displays.
At 6:45 pm, we will host a 10-minute sensory-friendly display with reduced noise, making it perfect for younger children or anyone who prefers a quieter experience.
Later in the evening, at 8:30 pm, the main 18minute display will light up the Melton sky in a stunning finale.

For those who enjoy a good scare, our ‘Haunted Horror’ costumed characters will be roaming the park.

A wide selection of hot food stalls and fully licensed bars will be on-site, offering delicious treats and refreshments to keep you warm throughout the event.

- 6.00pm Event opens with DJ (Scott Lyons) on stage (45 mins)
- 6.45pm Sensory friendly firework display (10 mins)
- 7.00pm Traditional lighting of bonfire (30 mins)
- 7.15pm – Judging of the children’s fancy dress competition – Bandstand
- 7.30pm Guns n’ Roses Experience perform on stage (1hour)
- 8.30pm Main Firework display (18 mins)
- 9.00pm Blax Abbath perform on stage (1 hour)
- 10.00pm DJ back on stage (30 mins)
- 10.30pm Event ends
Fire breathers will be performing alongside the bands
Ticket Information
Early bird tickets are on sale now, offering great value for a fantastic night out. For safety, capacity is limited to 5000 people.

Gate prices on the night will be £15.00 for adults and £7.50 for children.
