at 7pm on Monday 05 October 2026

1. Welcome by the Chair of the Board of Feoffees
2. Confirmation that the Church Bell has been tolled and notices posted.
3. Apologies for absence
4. Election of Feoffees: candidates’ addresses & voting if required
5. Annual Report 2025-26 & Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2026
6. To appoint the auditors for the ensuing year
7. Election of Feoffees – result of election and appointment of Feoffees
8. Minutes of the Town Meeting held on 30 October 2025
9. Matters arising from the minutes and other matters residents wish to raise
10. Close of meeting.
Those entitled to attend and vote at a Town Meeting are all inhabitants of the area of benefit of
18 years of age and upward. This is the area of the former Urban District of Melton Mowbray.
It is mainly postcodes LE13 but a full list of postcodes is available. Proof of residence may be
required.
